1. The judgment of the court of first instance is rendered in accordance with the expansion of claims by the plaintiff (appointed parties) and the remaining designated parties in the trial.

H upper family structure (1) H upper family structure (hereinafter referred to as “G building”) is an aggregate building of 12,634.07 square meters in total floor area for the registration injury, 419.93 square meters in common areas, and electric field area is 12,214 square meters in total area.
(2) Of the section of exclusive ownership 12,214.14 square meters on the registry, the size of 8,419.35 square meters registered as the part of exclusive ownership by the Defendants (hereinafter “instant parking lot”) is an exclusive parking lot, and the remainder thereof (hereinafter “instant commercial building”). The instant parking lot consists of 245.74 square meters on the first floor parking lot, 242.66 square meters on the second floor parking lot, 1,156.05 square meters on the second floor parking lot, 1,156.05 square meters on the second floor, 3, 4, and 58.3 square meters on each of 2,258 square meters on the upper floor, and the instant commercial building consists of 1,100 stores on the first floor, 83 stores on the second floor, 22, and 67 stores on the second floor.
B. The current status of ownership or possession of HHH’s ownership or possession is as shown in the list of ownership or possession status below. The entire area of the commercial building of this case is 1,168 square meters in total.
