Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on three occasions as well as a person with the same criminal records more than three times. On January 22, 2014, the Defendant driven approximately 20 meters from the front day of the “Smi” main point located in the Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si, to the 164 front day of the 164th day without the driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of KRW 0.154% without the driver’s license.
