Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court on April 7, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 7, 2014.

On January 25, 2013, the Defendant opened a mobile phone in the name of B and others, received the mobile phone, and conspired to use it as a cost of living by selling it.

1. On January 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated “G”, “H”, “B”, “B”, and “F”, respectively, in the resident registration number column in the name of “B”, “B”, “B” and “B”, “B”, and “F”, respectively, in the name of “B” in the service contract, “F”, “B”, “B” and “B”, “B”, and “B”, respectively, in the address column.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with the above B, forged two new service contracts in F name, two copies of the application form for the fee reduction system, two copies of the terminal installment sales contract, and two copies of the terminal installment sales contract.

2. The Defendant: (a) conspired with the above B on the same date, time, and place as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article; (b) delivered two copies of a new service contract in the name of F that was forged; (c) two copies of a discount scheme; and (d) two copies of a sales contract in the form of a terminal, as if the document was duly formed, to each of them.

3. The defrauded presented forged documents to the victim D at the same date, time, and place as referred to in Paragraph 1. B, as if he was F, and the Defendant made a false statement as if the Defendant would pay the installment and monetary fee if he was a cell phone two.

However, in fact, the defendant and B are delivered a mobile phone from the victim, and they are sold as stolen goods and the price is cost of living.
