A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

However, the defendant and C only intended to dispose of the vehicle immediately after purchasing the vehicle by borrowing money in the form of an installment financing loan from the beginning, and did not have the intention or ability to repay the installment to the damaged company.
