Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the crime of occupational embezzlement in the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court for the crime of occupational embezzlement, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 24, 2012.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 10 million from the victim around February 23, 201, and acquired it by deception.
