Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2016, around 02:40, the Defendant, at around the first floor of the C Hospital located in Busan High-gu, Busan High-ro, and around 25 minutes, obstructed the security service of the victim hospital by force against the victim D, who works for the security team of the above hospital on the ground that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol and did not interfere with the treatment due to malicious amounts in the past.
