1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are pharmaceutical companies that sell and manufacture drugs. The Defendant is a company that operates cyber-mall as an electronic commerce-related company and arranges the manufacture of drugs or transactions between pharmaceutical wholesalers and pharmacies by operating the cyber-mall as an electronic commerce-related company.

B. The Plaintiffs and A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”) are drug wholesalers.

3) The aggregate amount of the supply price that was not received from A by February 2014 was KRW 214,46,318 among the supply price of KRW 180,00,00,000, which was not paid by the Plaintiff Yang C by February 2, 2014, is KRW 34,466,618; and thus, the unpaid supply price is KRW 34,46,618; 4) The aggregate amount of the supply price that was not paid by the Plaintiff Yang C by January 2014 is KRW 114,361,335, and KRW 47,938,697 was returned and processed, and KRW 30,00,00 was appropriated by the execution of security and the unpaid supply price is KRW 36,422,638.

C. The Defendant and A entered into a business partnership agreement with the Defendant from April 1, 201 to February 2014, and the Defendant and A entered into an electronic commerce transaction with the Defendant through the Defendant, and around February 1, 2013, A kept drugs in the logistics warehouse owned by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant warehouse”).
