1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 400,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 18, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff loaned KRW 670 million to B, and the Plaintiff filed a criminal complaint against B due to his/her failure to repay this amount.

B. The Defendant, on behalf of the Plaintiff, agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 400 million up to March 30, 2017 on behalf of the Plaintiff, but did not pay this up to the date.

C. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from July 18, 2017 to the day of full payment as stipulated by the Act on Promotion, etc. of Lawsuit from July 18, 2017, after the day when the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the Defendant, as sought by the Plaintiff.
