A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a BMW 520D car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving).

On January 22, 2017, when the Defendant was unable to drive normally while under the influence of alcohol 00:46% of alcohol, the Defendant driven the said car and continued to drive the said car along the two-lanes from the shooting distance along which the water flows in the north-do Seoul Special Metropolitan City of Dara to the nextsan Hospital, while driving the said car along the said three-lanes.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E, the victim G (30) and the victim H (31) due to the above occupational negligence in a state of difficulty in driving normally due to the influence of drinking, such as a red light, unstable walking, and uneasiness, etc.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driven a vehicle with approximately 500 meters specified in paragraph (1) from the front of the apartment site with alcohol content of 0.124% at the border of the day specified in paragraph (1) to the DNA road located in the same City, Do, YW 520d in paragraph (1) in the section of approximately 500 meters from the front of the apartment site with alcohol content of 0.124% at the border of the city of the day specified in paragraph (1).
