The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 30, 2010, the Defendant: (a) requested a staff member in charge of the Hanjin newspaper to publish articles; and (b) requested the prosecutor to publish the articles in Hanjin newspaper, “D”; (c) this case was reported to the prosecutor’s office that employees of the veterans' office and the veterans' office and the employees of the veterans' hospital have received a public recruitment allowance; (d) but the prosecutor filed a complaint with the Central Prosecutor for about 16 public prosecutors who had consistently investigated for about 3 years, disregarded the law and principles, and consistently investigated for about 3 years; (e) the principal offender in this corruption case was the veterans’ office; and (e) was the veterans’ office. There was no disregarding the Director’s duty to use the Audit Office. There were several kinds of defoliants’s illness treatment materials and evidence; and (e) there was no intention for the prosecutor to publish the suspect’s disability report in the case, and even if there was any error in the disability grade after the prosecutor’s investigation.”

However, there was no fact that the victim E did not wear disability allowances and did not intentionally omit the disease that caused the disability grade.

Nevertheless, the Defendant undermined the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts in publications for the purpose of slandering the victim as above.

2. On September 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) requested an employee in charge of the Korean War to publish articles; (b) “G” in the Fman Han Han-gu newspaper; and (c) “C” in the Vietnam War War War War and several diseases caused by defoliants; and (d) the public prosecutor’s office consistently followed the case where the employees of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans who participated in the Vietnam War and the employees of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans who participated in the corruption and was born with disability allowances, on two occasions with the thickness of the H President by means of the advertisement, but the law and the law were lawful.
