Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to run a public health business of "2014 high-level 538" shall have facilities and equipment prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for each type and report it to the competent authority.
