Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2013, the Defendant is a driver of C Tourist Bus, and around 17:55, the Defendant neglected to conduct an act of disturbance in the vehicle, such as dancing within the vehicle to the extent that passengers would substantially obstruct the safe driving in the vehicle, at the point of Busan at the Busan Highway located on the waters of the Jinju-si.
