A Imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for a year, respectively.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are co-representatives of K, who newly build urban-type residential housing (hereinafter referred to as “the instant housing”) in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J.

Defendants are willing to acquire money from L for the purpose of purchase price of housing from the victim, and to sell the money at a discount of KRW 1.5 million per unit of 403 and 405 units of this house to the victim at the sale office located in the above place on January 13, 2012.

Specifically speaking, it is recognized that the N real estate staff director’s phone call with Defendant A and sent it to the victim on the same day, and immediately thereafter, the O returned to N real estate after obtaining a contract for the sale of this case, deposit slip, and bond set-off disposition certificate prepared by the Defendants, which was executed by the Defendants, and the Defendants sent to the bank account in the name of M as designated by the Defendants, and the above contract for the sale of this portion of this case was confirmed to have been deposited to the victims. This part of the facts charged is deemed to have been recorded in compression. (The victim was the victim prior to the above discount, and on the same day, before the fact of the Defendants’ deception from theO that confirmed it again. However, the Defendants did not meet the terms and conditions of the construction fund of this case, but did not meet the terms and conditions of the purchase of the housing fund of this case, and delivered the above contract to the victims.
