Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who driven a rocketing car in approximately 6 km section in front of the Dobong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from around 8 knife Park, to the front of the 8 knife apartment, and was found to have driven under the influence of alcohol, and was requested by the control police officer to take a drinking test on July 13, 2013, but rejected it through three times from July 21, 2013 without justifiable grounds.
