1. The Defendant’s KRW 300,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from January 5, 2018 to November 1, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On December 27, 2017, the Plaintiff leased KRW 300,000,000 to the Defendant on January 4, 2018.
B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 30 million won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum prescribed by the Civil Act from January 5, 2018 to November 1, 2019, and 12% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the day of full payment, to the day of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
