A The name of business office on May 27, 2013 is "C"; the name of business office of Gyeonggi-do is "D"; the food manufacturing and processing business is registered; the name of business office on June 3, 2013 is "C"; the name of business office is "D, 1st floor of Gyeonggi-do"; the name of business office is "D, 1st floor of Gyeonggi-do"; and the food subdivision and sale business (type of food service business) was reported in the above D; and the corporate name of the corporation is "C fisheries company of Gyeonggi-do"; the location of business and the location of its head office is "Seoul-do"; the type of business is "si E"; and the business type is registered at the competent tax office from that time to that time; and the person who manufactured, processed, subdivided, or sold food in the above E; and the employee of the above "C fisheries company" is an employee of the said C.

1. Any person who intends to operate a food manufacturing or processing business in violation of the Food Sanitation Act shall register with the competent authority, and any person who intends to operate a food subdivision or distribution business shall report to the competent authority;

Defendant

A around September 2, 2015, without registering food manufacturing and processing business, and reporting food subdivision and sales business to the competent authorities, the Defendant processed food products in the manner of washing 10K g of freezing blocks, which were requested to supply from G Middle Schools from F Co., Ltd., and then subdivided them into sprinking sprinks, and then delivered them to F, solely from April 22, 2014 to June 2014, the Defendant: (a) attached labels indicating “(main) fishery company” as subdivisions or sales agents; and (b) sold food service facilities in the same manner as B, including those indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (1); and (c) sold food service facilities, including 193 won, 194, 2500 won, 194, 2015.
