The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable.

2. In full view of the following circumstances: (a) the Defendant is led to the confession and reflect of the judgment of the Defendant; (b) the Defendant was punished several times for the same kind of crime; (c) the Defendant committed the instant crime during the period of the same repeated crime; (d) the Defendant was unable to recover damage; and (e) the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, motive, means and consequence of the instant crime; and (e) the circumstances after the commission of the crime, etc., the sentence of the lower court is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
