Defendants shall be punished by each fine of KRW 10,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 28, 2016, Defendant A: (a) paid 115,000 won to K, a child or juvenile, who became aware of through the “J” in the Icom Mophone flue room located in Nam-si, Namyang-si; and (b) had sexual intercourses with her child or juvenile, by selling 115,00 won to K, who is a child or juvenile.

2. Defendant B, at around 23:00 on May 11, 2016, committed an act of purchasing child or juvenile sex, such as paying KRW 15,00 to K, a child or juvenile, who became aware of through the “J” of smartphone-rating fluoring fluor at H at the IMO-si, Namyang-si, Nam-si.

3. On May 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) paid 100,000 won to K, a child or juvenile, who became aware of through the “FJ” in a Nphone Ma located in Pyeongtaek-gun M; and (b) purchased child or juvenile sex by selling 100,000 won to K and having sexual intercourse.

4. On April 28, 2016, Defendant D: (a) committed an act of purchasing child or juvenile sex by paying KRW 120,000 to K, a child or juvenile, who became aware of through the “J” in the International Telephoneless care room located in H, Nam-si, Nam-si, Namyang-si; and (b) sexual intercourse.
