1. The Defendant is a tree planted to the Plaintiff on the land of 1719 square meters and D 883 square meters on the ground of 1719 square meters and 1713 square meters.

The plaintiff is the owner of each land indicated in the order, and the defendant is the owner of each tree planted on the ground above each land. The defendant's possession of each tree on each land indicated in the order without a title to use the above land is without any dispute between the parties, or can be recognized by the statements and images stated in the evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 5.
