Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.
C In collusion with F of the business owner of the E-Games located in Sincheon-si D on January 22, 2016, around 20:39, at around 20:1, 2016, C exchanged the scores earned from the E-Games in the above E-Games with the amount obtained by converting them into 10% by cash exchangeing them into 10% in the above E-Games, and around January 22, 2016, around 20:46, at around 20:54,00 won after deducting 60% of the scores earned from the E-Games game machine from 10% of the total 64,00 won from January 5, 2016 to June 16, 2016.
I, in collusion with the above F on January 11, 2016, around 12:30, 2016, at around 90,000 won, deducted 10% of the points from the fee to 81,000 won, and exchanged the points to customers during the week from January 5, 2016 to June 16, 2016.
