A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2, 2014, at the production site of D Company E (E, 28 years of age) located in Spocheon City, the Defendant sent a work order to the victim E (E, 28 years of age) of Sri Lankan nationality, but on the ground that the victim who was unable to know Korean language was able to do so properly, the Defendant dumped the victim on the ground that he was able to do so, and the victim dumpedddd the victim, and dumped the victim’s body with plastic pipe (5cm in length, 1m in length) which is a dangerous object used at the site.

As a result, the Defendant abused the victim by using dangerous objects, and inflicted bodily injury on both sides requiring treatment for about two weeks on each side.
