Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On February 22, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a crime of assault at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 22, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On January 27, 2019, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 16:25, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for approximately 30 minutes, including: (b) the victim C (at the age of 60) who was in the Gyeyang-gun B, and (c) the group of meals, which would cause food to other customers while eating. (d) The Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by drinking alcohol and food as soon as possible; and (e) allowing other customers to walk with a large voice.

2. On January 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 16:55 on January 27, 2019, the Defendant: (b) brought assault to the victim who was working in the kitchen of the D cafeteria run by the victim in Yangyang-gun B; (c) brought the victim’s face with his/her hand.
