A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:00 on July 13, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-hand car with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.201% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the front direction of the new distance of the new distance of the Goak-gu Newdong, Young-si to the green range of the Green Cross located in the same Gumo-dong from about 900 meters.
