Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2017, around 08:10 on August 20, 2017, the Defendant found the victim's dwelling at Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B 1st floor to take care of Kakakaox, but the Defendant left the shock net installed on the victim's dwelling window on the ground that the victim did not open the door, and turned down by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim so as to be equivalent to 30,000 won of the repair cost.
