Punishment of the crime

At around 04:00 on December 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was locked in the third floor of the building B in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu; (b) the victim C (the 45-year-old) who was a resident of the above 20 room where the 3th floor of the building B was not good for mutual appraisal; (c) was able to drink alcohol; (d) the victim C (the 45-year-old-gu), who was a resident of the above 20 room where her reputation was not good for mutual appraisal; (d) the fluencing her fry and her face; and (e) the victim was fluencing the victim’s face, and her body was fluddding so that the victim’s face was frighted
