Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating a "D" camping site in Ulsan-gun B and C.

Any person who intends to dredge or excavate the bottom of public waters shall obtain an occupancy or use permit of public waters from the management agency of public waters.

Nevertheless, around July 2013, the Defendant occupied and used public waters around the above “D” camping ground by occupying and using public waters, such as (i) whether the Defendant would work as a sckes without obtaining a permit to occupy and use public waters from the management agency of public waters, and (ii) whether the Defendant would be gravel.
