1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months and a fine of thirty thousand won; and

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won by a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court on August 25, 201 and a fine of 1.5 million won by the Changwon District Court on April 29, 201, and violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

[2013 Highest 2731] Around 23:40 on August 12, 2013, the Defendant driven a 124cc jud jud 2 motor bicycle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the transmitting beach located in the Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu, to the LG electronic front road located in the same city hot spring dong-gu, Dongdong-gu, and without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 5km section, and without being registered under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.057%.

1. On August 14, 2013, at around 20:20, the Defendant driving a 124C juice 2 motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the front of the sports center located in the high-ro of Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, to the point of Busan 142.6km located in the 15km-gu Busan Halcheon-ro Busan Halcheon-do, the Busan Halcheon-do, the Busan Halcheon-do, Busan Halcheon-do, and without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the 15km-do section, the Defendant was driving a 124C juice 2 motorcycle without being registered under the influence of alcohol.

2. No driver of any motor vehicle or horse other than a motor vehicle violating the Road Traffic Act shall drive on any expressway;

Nevertheless, the defendant passed the border expressway on the above motorcycle as stated in the above paragraph 1.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automatic Compensation for Damages Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above motorcycle which was not covered by mandatory insurance as stated in the above Paragraph 1 on the road.

[2014Kadan68] On November 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened the main window and intruded into the house of the building in Kimhae-si and the victim D, 101 on November 20, 2013; and (b) intruded into the house.
