On October 26, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime at the same court.

【Criminal Facts】

On May 31, 2020, around 21:14, the Defendant driven a DNA rocketing car with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.122% from the 1km section to the front road of the bus terminal located in the south-gu upstream-dong, Seoul Metropolitan City, to the roads located in the same Gu C in the same Gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
