1. Basic facts

A. (1) On February 11, 2011, the Plaintiffs entered into a sales contract between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant, as well as the attached list 1 and 2 real estate (hereinafter “building No. 104”) owned by the Defendant, which are included in the business zone of the E District Reconstruction Association, the reconstruction of which is promoted by the Defendant, and when they jointly refer to the building No. 102 and the building No. 104, the respective buildings of this case.

All of the buildings in this case were an aggregate building, but it was not registered as to right to a site.

(1) Each purchase shall be made, and the building No. 102 shall be registered in the name of Plaintiff A, and the building No. 104 shall be registered in the name of Plaintiff B (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
