1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) for KRW 214,00,000 and its amount from May 3, 2014.

A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall be deemed to be combined.
Basic Facts
The related plaintiff between the parties is a company engaged in amnesty occupation, production, and sales business, and the representative director of the plaintiff is D (hereinafter referred to as D's act on behalf of the plaintiff).
