1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 89,140,486 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 15, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff retired from office on December 6, 1993 through July 31, 2016 at Walwals Memorial Wals Pedleum Hospital located in 200, Pung-gu, Busan, Pyeong-gu, Busan, which was operated by the Defendant.

B. However, the Plaintiff did not receive the total of KRW 89,140,486 (=total of KRW 29,341,901, including unpaid retirement allowances, etc.) from the Defendant.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the said unpaid money and valuables and damages for delay calculated at the interest rate under the Labor Standards Act from August 15, 2016, where 14 days have elapsed since the date of the said retirement.
