Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2013, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information, who was sentenced to a fine of two million won by indecent act at the Seoul Western District Court on November 10, 201 and became final and conclusive on November 10, 201.

1. A person subject to registration of personal information shall submit a new photographic picture to the head of the competent police office every one year from the date of initial registration;

Nevertheless, on March 5, 2012, the Defendant did not submit a new photograph of personal information to the head of the competent police office without justifiable grounds until March 5, 2013, one year after the first registration of personal information.

2. A person subject to registration of personal information shall attend the competent police office every one year from the date of initial registration, and have the head of the competent police office take photographs of his/her own front, front, rear, and front and rear, and store and keep them in electronic form;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not appear at the competent police office without justifiable grounds until March 5, 2014, which was two years after the first registration of personal information as referred to in the above paragraph (1).

3. If a person subject to registration of personal information is changed, he/she shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of the competent police office within 20 days from the date the reason and details of the change occurred, but the defendant did not submit the changed details to the competent police station within 20 days from the Seoul Seo-gu Seoul 4th floor to the Seoul 517 residents, around November 201, 2013.
