Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of a passenger car at C mother.

On February 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a car at C mother in front of Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, about 19:18, and reported to the left turn to the right turn at the intersection; (b) on the ground that the victim E (37 years of age, leisure) violated the signal and made it clear that the car driven by the victim would face a collision by making a direct go against the signal. (c) The Defendant took a bath, i.e., “Yh, Ch, and the death of the end of the year,” and ii) followed by approximately 1.5 km of the vehicle that the victim returned to his house.

On February 1, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s left hand 4 times on the ground that the victim gets a driver’s seat window in front of the Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, and that he should take a cell phone image image, on the ground that the victim gets a driver’s seat window and sees the driver’s seat window.
