Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2019, at around 03:33, the Defendant driven a FK5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with about 0.182% of alcohol concentration at approximately 10 meters from the road front of the C Hop House located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road located in D in the same Gu.
