Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Changwon District Court through through the Changwon District Court on June 25, 2015; on August 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny; on August 23, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on August 23, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention District Court on March 28, 2020.

On August 11, 2020, the Defendant, at the time of 01:00 square meters, stolen or attempted property on nine occasions in total, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached Form, by opening the victim’s D operation “E”, where there is no person in place, and intrudes into the inside and outside, and stored in cash. In addition, the Defendant stolen or attempted property on nine occasions in total from around that time to August 25, 2020, as indicated in the list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor due to larceny, etc., stolen or attempted the victims' property at least nine times during the period of repeated crime.
