Defendant
A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months.
However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 2016 high group 647;
A. On November 29, 2015, Defendant A (1) fraud and theft Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant A”) attempted to connect only the Internet conditions at the Defendant’s home located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, to “F” and to leave only the conditions with the victim B by having access to “F” at the Defendant’s home located in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. Ultimately, around December 22:31 of the same year, Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “the victim would give KRW 500,000 in return for two sexual intercourses.”
However, even if the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to pay sexual traffic to the victim.
The Defendant, from around 14:00 to around 17:00 on December 2, 2015, 2015, she committed a sexual act twice in Jung-gu, Seoul, with the victim’s sexual act from 107 to 17:00, and the victim escaped with 100,000 won in cash on the wall of the other victim’s crepit of opportunity to get a shower.
As a result, the defendant stolen 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim, and exempted the payment of 50,000 won in sexual traffic, thereby acquiring economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.

B. On December 2, 2015, around 19:00, Defendant B reported that “A was subject to sexual assault from around 112, from the guest room located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.”
However, on December 2, 2015, at around 12:00 on December 2, 2015, the Defendant and A came to know of the Internet conditions only through the “F” on the south site, and I agree to give 50,000 won for sexual intercourses and receive 50,000 won for each other. On the same day, the Defendant sent two times of sexual intercourses at HMoel, which is around 14:00 on the same day, at the entrance of the J station, near A’s residence, and at the Gelel, which is near A’s residence. However, the Defendant sent a shower.
