1. The Defendants traded on March 1, 1993 with respect to each portion of 1/49 square meters out of 1,217 square meters in the field of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-nam-gun.

1. Indication of claim;

A. E completed the registration of ownership transfer with the Daejeon District Court Decision No. 3775, Apr. 8, 1930, as to the portion of 1/7 square meters out of the F 1,217 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. E died on October 5, 1952, and G succeeded to its property.

G died on February 5, 1991, and the Defendants, B, C, and D succeeded to their property.

The Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer by the Daejeon District Court Decision No. 20432, Dec. 1, 2005, with respect to each of 1/49 shares of the instant land.

C. On March 1, 1993, the Plaintiff purchased 1/7 shares out of the instant land from G’s successors. D.

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on March 1, 1993 with respect to shares of 1/49 out of each of the instant land to the Plaintiff.
