1. Basic facts
A. The status of the party is a corporation that runs the wholesale and retail business of computers and peripheral devices on the first floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Defendant Co., Ltd.") is a corporation that runs the wholesale and retail business of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan building and home appliances on the first floor, and the defendant B is a director of the defendant Co., Ltd.
B. Specific model name and date of storage, quantity, amount, etc. related to the transaction and loan of the goods following the transaction of the goods in this case are as stated in the quantity of the attached storage.
⑴ 캐리어 이동식 에어컨 ㈎ 원고는 2019. 4. 17. 피고 회사와, 피고 회사로부터 캐리 어 이동식 에어컨 100대를 공급 받기로 하는 계약을 체결하였고, 피고 회사에 2019. 4. 17. 계약금으로 12,000,000원, 2019. 5. 27. 잔금으로 28,000,000원을 각 지급하였다.
㈏ 원고는 2019. 5. 31. 피고 회사와, 피고 회사로부터 캐리 어 이동식 에어컨 100대를 공급 받기로 하는 계약을 체결하였고, 피고 회사에 2019. 5. 31. 대금으로 40,000,000원을 지급하였다.
㈐ 피고 회사는 원고에게 캐리 어 이동식 에어컨 21대를 공급하였다.
B. On April 25, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant Company and the Defendant Company to supply 100 UN Mano-type window-type agreement, and paid KRW 23,000,000 to the Defendant Company as the price for April 25, 2019.
The Defendant Company supplied the Plaintiff with 20 U.N. window-type air conditioners.
⑶ 신일 선풍기 ㈎ 원고는 2019. 5. 3. 피고 회사와, 피고 회사로부터 신일 선풍기 400대를 공급 받기로 하는 계약을 체결하였고, 피고 회사에 2019. 5. 3. 대금으로 17,680,000원을 지급하였다.
The Defendant Company supplied the Plaintiff with 318 new-day winders.
