A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on July 20, 2012.

1. Around 01:40 on June 15, 2014, the Defendant was driving a B-hurd vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.112% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 4km from the roads front of the Gunam-dong located in the north-dong, Busan, to the roads front of the 203-dong apartment, while driving a B-hurd vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.12% without obtaining a driver’s license.

On June 15, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car at around 01:40, and driven the three-lane road in front of the D in Busan Northern-gu C, Busan, along the two-lanes from the Gupo-dong to the sub-section of Taecheon Intersection, the Defendant proceeded at about 55km each hour.

At the time, the Defendant followed the vehicle that was driven in the same direction as before the Defendant’s vehicle.
