1. The Defendant’s judgment against the Plaintiff on the Seoul Central District Court case was rendered on July 17, 2014.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment made by the confession of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Provisional disposition suspending compulsory execution based on the executory exemplification of the judgment specified in paragraph (1) above shall be taken by each party in light of the circumstances in which a lawsuit is filed due to a declaration of bankruptcy and a decision to grant immunity under the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act;
