1. Defendant B:
(a) Of the area of 26,846 square meters prior to Gwangju City, each point of (i) the indication of the attached drawings 9, 10, 11, 12, and 9.
Reasons
1. The facts following the facts are without dispute between the parties, or acknowledged based on Gap evidence 1-4, Gap evidence 2-2, Eul evidence 7, Eul evidence 2-2, Eul evidence 4-1 and Eul evidence 4-2, the result of the on-site verification conducted by this court, the results of the survey and appraisal conducted by appraiser F, and the purport of the whole pleadings.
A. (1) The ownership relationship of the instant land was divided into the instant land: (a) December 22, 2003; (b) May 9, 2005; and (c) February 22, 2008, by dividing the instant land into the land of Gwangju City 26,846 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”); and (d) G, H, I, J, and K, and K, respectively.
(2) On August 31, 2011, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant land by reason of the trust from the Solomon Savings Bank, the Busan Solomon Savings Bank, the Gyeonggi Solomon Savings Bank, the Gyeonggi Solomon Savings Bank, the Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Slolomon Savings Bank”), and the prior matters on the change of ownership are as follows.

B. (1) On December 17, 2001, Defendant A acquired the ownership of a house built on the ground reinforced concrete (hereinafter “instant housing”) on the part of 108 square meters in the ship connecting each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8, and 1 among the instant land, in sequence, among the instant land, the ownership of the instant housing site (hereinafter “instant housing”).
