Punishment of the crime

around February 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 22, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungdong Detention House on June 22, 2013.

The Defendant purchased a stolen or lost mobile phone from an unspecified number of unspecified taxi drivers on the taxi platform, etc., and distributed to an unspecified number of unspecified taxi drivers the name of “betting mobile, all used phone-phones, purchase of unpaid phone-phones, consultation for 24 hours, and C,” and purchased a stolen or lost mobile phone from those who reported the above name.

On August 9, 2015, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 50,000 with knowledge of the fact that the market price on the victim’s name, which the Defendant acquired from G from the taxi engineer G in front of E in Ischeon-si, from his passenger, cannot be seen as the market price on the victim’s name.

From around that time to November 24, 2015, the Defendant acquired stolens with knowledge of the fact that the cell phone price of nine prices is stolen at a total of eight times, such as the one in the list of crimes attached to the attached Table 1.

On February 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 22, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungdong Detention House on June 22, 2013.
