Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2012, around 23:40, the Defendant boarded the D bus at the bus stop located in front of the C-Si C-Si, Namnam-si, and then, the Defendant took a bath for the reason that the victim E (V, 21 years old) took a part of the bus engineer due to the bus charge, and put the victim E on a sub-examination for the number of days of treatment to the victim E.
