Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered a boundary between E-owned land and E-owned land adjacent to the said land; (b) discovered approximately 10 grans of mulberry trees; and (c) laid down part of the boundary bank.

As a result, the Defendant removed the boundary marks made on the land so that the boundary became impossible to recognize.
