1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On April 1, 1968, the Plaintiff entered the Gun and participated in Vietnam War from November 8, 1969 to November 27, 1970, and was discharged on March 30, 1971 from the Defendant on March 30, 1997, and was recognized as having been suffering from potential aftereffects of defoliants with regard to the “serious disorders, chronic dusts, and high blood pressure,” and on January 18, 200, the Plaintiff was registered as a person of distinguished service to the State after being determined as having been determined as having been at Grade VII on January 16, 203 in a physical examination conducted on March 3, 201, and was determined as Grade V in Grade V on March 8, 2010.
