The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On September 22, 2019, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on September 12, 2019, testified that the victim C was living in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, sent a view that the victim’s wife and the Defendant’s wife appeared to have any dispute over the waste disposal due to the illegal dumping of the D building, and took a view that the victim’s wife and the Defendant’s wife’s wife and the Defendant’s wife were sexually insultingd to the victim on the opportunity that the victim’s wife and his wife were able to feel, and that he was a resident of E and F, and his happiness.

2. Determination

(a) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. On November 28, 2019, after the prosecution of this case, the victim revoked the complaint against the defendant.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
