Punishment of the crime
around 18:02 on September 20, 2018, the Defendant entered and intruded into the D restaurant operated by the victim C in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, with an intention to steals the victim’s property through the rear door, and the victim neglected surveillance for business preparation, and 1.10,00 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession on the deposit, and 20,000 won in market price, including 1.1 billion won in cash, Samsung Credit Card, Samsung Credit Card, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 1,300 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession on the deposit, and 20,000 won in market price, including 20,000 won in each of the above methods, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, each of them intruded with the victim’s property at a restaurant operated by five victims under the above method five times in total, and with approximately 3.185,000 won in total.
At around 17:10 on November 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) cut off the “G” store operated by the Victim F, F, located in Busan Y, with approximately KRW 62,00,00 in cash, which was located under the victim’s possession, of approximately KRW 52,00,000, the market price of which includes approximately KRW 62,00,000.
On February 17, 2019, at around 11:05, the Defendant, “2019 Highest 2817,” entered a 'I’ restaurant located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government (H), with the open entrance for the purpose of stealing the property of the victimJ, and then intrudes into the entrance through the open entrance for the purpose of stealing the property of the victim, and then, the victim, an employee, was stolen by using the crebs in which the victim was on his/her client’s own, and by 20,000,000,000 won of the market price.
