1. The Defendant’s KRW 24,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from January 28, 2016 to November 24, 2016.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff runs a wholesale and retail business of books, printed materials, etc. with the trade name of “C”, and the Defendant runs a retail business of child goods with the trade name of “D”.
B. Around November 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract with the Defendant to continuously supply learning materials and teaching equipment for young children, and traded from around that time to April 2015.
C. The Plaintiff and the Defendant’s transaction method: (a) where the Defendant orders the Plaintiff to provide learning materials and teaching tools, such as “pream diesel”, “crow”, and “forest playground”, the Plaintiff shall be supplied to the childcare center designated by the Defendant or the Defendant; and (b) the Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff the price of the goods and the delivery fee after confirming the above supply.
As of January 9, 2015, the Defendant’s price for the goods unpaid to the Plaintiff is KRW 5,572,00, and the Plaintiff thereafter supplied the learning teaching materials, such as ① 21,725,000 won in total (including delivery fees) and forest players, and the teaching equipment attached thereto, ② 12,323,00 won in total, and 12,323,000 won in total, to April 2015.
Meanwhile, from January 2015 to July 2015, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff the price of KRW 14,000,000, and returned goods worth KRW 144,000 to the Plaintiff.
Specific details are as shown in attached Table 1 (the details of the supply of teaching materials), Table 2 (Maton, Bank, Mat Supply).

2. The assertion and its judgment
A. According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is entitled to claim and cause of this case as claimed by the plaintiff within the scope of 25,476,00 won for the unpaid goods (i.e., KRW 5,572,000 for KRW 21,725,000 for the unpaid goods - KRW 12,323,000 for - KRW 14,000,000 for - KRW 144,000 for the goods - KRW 144,000 for each of them after the date of supplying the goods.
