1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On the same day, the Plaintiff sent the place of disciplinary action (hereinafter “instant disciplinary action”) and issued the Plaintiff as a personnel education team.

The Plaintiff, while working as the head of the new distribution business team, failed to perform his/her duty to safely return team members after the meeting, was denied facts, and the Plaintiff’s statement is consistently recognized. Therefore, the Plaintiff raised an objection on November 11, 2016, under Article 83(2) of the Rules of Employment, which led to the disturbance of work order in the workplace, and thus, the Plaintiff’s decision to take disciplinary action for three months from the suspension of duty as a result of deliberation by the personnel committee under Article 83(2) of the Rules of Employment was made. However, on November 21, 2016, the Defendant’s Human Resources Management Committee decided that the Plaintiff be punished by the suspension of duty three months for the same reason. (D) The main contents of the provision regarding the instant disciplinary action, such as the Defendant’s rules of employment, are as follows: * When the Defendant’s employees are subject to disciplinary action under Article 83 of the Rules of Employment (the grounds for suspension of attendance, reduction of salary, suspension of duty, suspension of duty or disciplinary action).

1. The Defendant’s employees have the free right to become a partner under the partnership rules, and the technical employees shall be members at the same time as the membership.

Provided, That the following persons shall not become a partner:

1) Management Office: Manager, General, General, Personnel Affairs, Planning, Accounting, Computer, Emergency Plan 2: Not less than Director, and not less than Three Skilled Staff for Passenger Vehicles.
