A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant selected several insurance products with high guarantee, subscribed as the insured by having the Defendant or his/her dependent C, and then received insurance money, such as hospitalization expenses and medical expenses, rather than treatment, for the purpose of receiving insurance money, etc., the Defendant received relatively easy hospital for a disease that can be sufficiently treated by hospital members. Although the disease requires hospital treatment, the Defendant, upon receiving a certificate of hospitalization, a medical certificate, etc., stating that he/she had been hospitalized for a long time after being hospitalized for a long time as necessary, and submitted them to each insurance company, which had already been insured, to receive insurance money.

Around October 5, 2007, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the victim Samsung Fire Maritime Co., Ltd., which called the insured, the Defendant’s monthly insurance premium of KRW 108,900, insurance contract of KRW 108,900, and the insurance product’s “non-dividend dividends insurance” with the victim Samsung Fire Maritime Co., Ltd. on or around February 14, 2008; and entered into an insurance contract with the victim’s life insurance company of Korea without dividends Korea, KRW 131,750, the insurance product of KRW 131,750, the insured, the Defendant’s monthly insurance premium of KRW 131,750, the insurance product of KRW 131,750, the non-dividend dividends Korea Social Information Insurance Co., Ltd.; and on or around February 28, 2008, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the victim’s new life insurance company as the victim’s non-dividend dividend insurance contract.

After entering into an insurance contract as above, the Defendant was diagnosed by the E Hospital located in Kimhae-si D on March 4, 2008, which was diagnosed by a doctor F as acute chronitis and trajection, and was hospitalized for 32 days from around that time to April 4, 2008.
